Job Description

KinderCare is hiring Teachers for our Southgate Franklin center to nurture and educate young children in a safe, engaging environment. You will plan and lead age-appropriate activities, support social-emotional and cognitive development, and maintain a warm, inclusive classroom. Partner with families through daily communication and progress updates, uphold health and safety standards, and collaborate with teammates. Enjoy ongoing training, growth opportunities, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on children's early learning and development. Responsibilities Create and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Foster positive relationships with children and families through daily communication. Observe and document children's progress and support individualized learning needs. Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times. Collaborate with center staff to support classroom routines and center-wide events. Manage group activities, transitions, and behavior using positive guidance. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
