SHR Talent is partnering with a growing organization in Pleasant Prairie, WI to hire a Shipping Clerk for a temporary maternity leave coverage assignment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable working on a computer, and enjoys supporting a busy shipping and receiving operation. The Shipping Clerk will assist with day-to-day shipping and receiving administrative functions, maintain accurate records, and help ensure shipments and related documentation are processed efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities Support daily shipping and receiving activities and related administrative tasks Prepare, process, and maintain shipping and receiving documentation Enter and update shipment information within internal computer systems Verify shipping details and maintain accurate records Communicate with internal team members regarding shipment status and related needs Assist with general office and clerical duties within the shipping/receiving department Maintain organized files, records, and documentation Provide additional administrative support as needed Qualifications Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse office, or administrative experience preferred Comfortable using computers and learning internal systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to accurately enter and maintain information Strong communication and follow-through Dependable and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Available to work 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, Monday through Friday for the duration of the temporary assignment Compensation $17.00-$21.00 per hour , depending on experience. #IND123
