Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider who has experience with 3 year olds, to create a safe, nurturing, and educational environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of childhood development and be able to engage children in meaningful activities that promote learning and growth. This role requires experience in a licensed program, patience, creativity, and the ability to adapt to the individual needs of each child. Duties Provide attentive care for our 3 year old department. Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities that stimulate learning. Ensure a safe and clean environment for children at all times. Assist with daily routines including feeding, diapering, and nap times. Support children with disabilities by adapting activities to meet their unique needs. Foster positive relationships with children while promoting social skills and emotional development. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Maintain records of children's activities, behaviors, and developmental milestones. Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles. Experience in a licensed center is required. Background in early childhood education or related fields is highly desirable. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that educate while entertaining. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both children and parents. Patience, empathy, and a nurturing demeanor are essential qualities for success in this role.
