We are looking for a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our Kindergarten Readiness classroom! This is a part-time position with a minimum of 30-35 hours per week , with the potential to become full-time for the right candidate. The teacher will join an established classroom team as a Co-Teacher , working alongside the Lead Teacher. Our Co-Teacher will help support the daily classroom environment and share in the responsibilities that help our children learn, grow, and prepare for kindergarten. Preschool experience is a MUST!

Responsibilities include:

Working collaboratively with the Lead Teacher to support daily classroom activities Assisting with kindergarten-readiness lessons, activities, and learning experiences Supporting children's social, emotional, and academic development Helping maintain a positive, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment Assisting with classroom routines, transitions, meals, nap/rest, and daily care Helping with classroom organization, preparation, and cleaning Supervising and ensuring the safety and well-being of all children Communicating and working cooperatively with classroom staff and administration We are looking for someone who is: Warm, patient, dependable, and energetic Comfortable working as part of a team Excited about helping young children prepare for kindergarten Able to follow classroom routines while also bringing creativity and enthusiasm Professional, responsible, and committed to providing quality care Experienced in early childhood education preferred, but we are willing to consider the right candidate
