Move freely throughout the classroom and playground to support supervision, engagement, and participation in children's play and inquiry Engage in active, responsive work with young children in both indoor and outdoor learning environments and varying weather conditions Ability to sit at a child's level for extended periods to facilitate connection, dialogue, and co-learning experiences Ability to lift, carry, and hold children and classroom materials as needed to support care and learning activities Ability to set up, rearrange, and maintain learning environments that function as the "third teacher" including moving furniture and materials as needed
