The Floater position involves supporting the educational and developmental needs of children from birth to five, including children with disabilities and dual language learners. Responsibilities include maintaining safety, providing instructional support, assisting with classroom activities, and ensuring compliance with agency and licensing standards. Additional duties include preparing and managing paperwork, supporting meal routines, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment Qualifications Must have a Child Development Associate (CDA) with Infant/ Toddler endorsement, or an AA degree in Early Childhood Education (or related degree with emphasis in Infant/Toddler studies). Prefer one year of teaching experience in a childcare center or any combination of acceptable training and experience. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. A current physical, TB Screening or chest X-Ray, drug test, and background check are required prior to being hired. Applicants should list bilingual skills if applicable
