Job Description

Job Summary Join our vibrant early childhood education team as an Infant/Toddler Teacher, where your passion for nurturing young children will help lay a strong foundation for their growth and development. In this energetic role, you will create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment tailored to infants and toddlers. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development for infants and toddlers Provide attentive child supervision, ensuring safety and well-being at all times Facilitate engaging activities that encourage exploration, creativity, and early learning skills Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and daily experiences Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that supports developmental needs and safety standards Follow mandated reporting laws to document any concerns related to child welfare or safety Support classroom management by fostering positive behavior and guiding children through routines and transitions Requirements Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or similar settings; classroom experience preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Certification in pediatric first aid and CPR is required; ongoing training in first aid is highly valued Familiarity with special education strategies and experience working with children with disabilities is a plus Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members Ability to manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques Understanding of mandated reporting laws and child supervision standards Passion for nurturing young children's growth through playful learning experiences Join us in shaping the future by providing compassionate care and inspiring early childhood development! Pay:
$13.00 - $18.00 per hour
