Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals for the position of 'No Early Morning & Late Night' caregiver. This role is perfect for those who prefer to avoid early mornings and late-night shifts, focusing instead on daytime hours that allow you to make a positive impact during regular daytime activities. You will provide nurturing, engaging, and safe care for children, ensuring their developmental needs are met through structured activities and attentive supervision. Your energy, reliability, and passion for early childhood education will help create a warm and supportive environment for children to thrive. Duties Supervise children during daytime hours, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development and learning Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, routines, and any concerns Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom or caregiving environment Apply child supervision techniques that foster positive behavior management and social skills Follow all mandated reporting laws to ensure children's safety and well-being are protected Assist with daily routines such as meal times, nap schedules, diapering, and playtime Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and classroom management strategies Certification in pediatric first aid and CPR required; additional certifications in special education or behavior management are a plus Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is advantageous Strong communication skills to effectively interact with parents, children, and team members Ability to work during daytime hours without early mornings or late-night shifts Demonstrated commitment to child safety, nurturing care, and professional growth in early childhood education Join our team to enjoy a rewarding role that emphasizes daytime caregiving without the demands of early mornings or late nights!
