Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children, facilitating their growth and development through engaging activities, and ensuring their safety and well-being. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development. Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages social interaction and emotional growth. Monitor and assess children's progress in various developmental areas, including cognitive, physical, and social skills. Provide individualized attention to children with special needs or disabilities to support their learning. Maintain effective classroom management strategies to ensure a productive learning atmosphere. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the classroom and play areas. Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
