The Childcare Provider will engage with children through play, learning activities, and daily routines while ensuring their well-being and development. Responsibilities Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times. Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development. Provide care for children of various ages, including toddlers and preschoolers. Assist with daily routines such as meals, naps, and hygiene. Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social and emotional growth. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Maintain a clean and organized classroom or play area. Support children with disabilities by adapting activities to meet their individual needs. Skills Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or babysitting settings. Knowledge of childhood development principles and toddler care practices. Ability to educate children through engaging activities that promote learning. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with children and parents alike. Patience, empathy, and the ability to manage challenging behaviors effectively. Familiarity with classroom management techniques is a plus.
