In this role, you will create engaging learning experiences, support children's developmental milestones, and promote a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and growth. Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods. Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through effective classroom management and behavior management strategies. Support children's social-emotional development through compassionate guidance and child welfare practices. Conduct assessments aligned with standardized testing and early intervention programs to monitor progress. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to communicate children's progress and address individual needs, including special education requirements. Engage children in activities that promote childhood development, including toddler care, preschool experiences, and early childhood education techniques. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that adheres to daycare regulations and best practices in childcare. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies. Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques. Proficiency in working with children across different age groups, including toddlers and preschoolers. Familiarity with special education practices and behavior management approaches. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Ability to implement Montessori methods and teaching physical education activities effectively. Knowledge of standardized testing procedures, tutoring techniques, and literacy education strategies. Prior experience in daycare or private school settings is preferred but not required.
