Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nurturing and educating children, ensuring their safety and well-being while fostering a positive and engaging environment. This role involves caring for children of various ages, providing support in their daily activities, and promoting their development through play and structured learning. Responsibilities Supervise and engage with children in a safe and nurturing environment. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development. Provide infant care, including feeding, diapering, and comforting. Assist children with daily routines such as meals, naps, and hygiene. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns. Maintain a clean and organized childcare space. Support children with disabilities or special needs in their daily activities. Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages curiosity and learning. Qualifications Experience in childhood development or early childhood education is preferred. Knowledge of infant care practices is essential. Previous experience in nannying, babysitting, or daycare settings is highly valued. Ability to work effectively with children of varying ages and abilities. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with children and parents alike. Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children.
