Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns related to behavior or welfare. Maintain accurate records of classroom activities, child development milestones, mandated reporting laws compliance, and other documentation required by licensing standards. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure classroom experience aligns with early childhood education standards and promotes a cohesive learning community. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in preschool or toddler care settings, demonstrating strong classroom management skills. Knowledge of curriculum development strategies including literacy education, math instruction, special education needs, and early intervention techniques. Familiarity with childhood development theories, behavior management practices, and classroom safety protocols such as first aid and CPR certification. Excellent communication skills to foster positive relationships with children, parents, and team members. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles and developmental stages of young children.
