KinderCare at Raines Road is seeking passionate Teachers to nurture and educate young children in a warm, engaging environment. In this role, you will design and lead developmentally appropriate activities, ensuring each child feels safe, supported, and inspired to learn. You'll build strong relationships with families through clear, consistent communication and updates on children's progress. Working within KinderCare's collaborative, inclusive culture, you'll follow health and safety standards, maintain an organized classroom, and participate in ongoing training with opportunities for professional growth. Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and daily activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Observe and document children's developmental progress and behaviors. Communicate regularly with families about children's growth and daily experiences. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Collaborate with center staff to create an inclusive, nurturing culture. Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times. Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
