Tops has 17 locations across the tri-state area to include Tennessee, Mississippi and Arkansas and well known for their mouth-watering bar-b-q, ribs, briskets, and burgers. Tops is looking for experienced managers to assist with the day-to-day operations and supervision of restaurant staff.Assistant Manager Job Responsibilities:
Managing employees to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved by providing friendly service, order accuracy and high a top-quality product. Monitor employees to observe compliance with allow company policies and procedures. Maintain all safety and food quality standards. Handle customer complaints and concerns with care and professionalism Organizing employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing for shifts Keeping track of employees' hours and meal break periods Ensuring all opening and end of day cash procedures correctly completed Coordinating daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste and reduce product loss Interacting with customers to get feedback on product quality and service levels Job Requirements 2 years minimum restaurant management experience Must have a valid driver's license Manager Minimum Qualifications Good verbal and written communication skills Able to work with minimal supervision Able to determine task priorities Able to work in face pace environment Ability to stand for long periods of time Tops is an affirmative action and equal opportunity employer.
