Summary As a Childcare Provider at Kids `R` Kids Learning Academies, you will play a vital role in nurturing and educating young children in a safe and engaging environment. This position is essential to our mission of promoting childhood development and providing high-quality care across our five locations. Responsibilities Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. Implement educational activities that promote learning and development. Manage behavior effectively to ensure a positive atmosphere. Provide care for infants and toddlers, including feeding, diapering, and comforting. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare area. Administer first aid when necessary, ensuring children's safety at all times. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall childcare experience. Qualifications Proven experience in childcare or early childhood education settings. Strong understanding of childhood development principles. Ability to manage behavior effectively in a group setting. First Aid certification is preferred but not required. Experience with infants is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills for interacting with children and parents alike. Creative mindset for developing engaging educational activities. Nannying or babysitting experience is a plus.
