The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children of various ages. This role involves engaging with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers to support their development through play, education, and positive behavior management techniques. Duties Provide attentive care to infants and young children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Implement educational programs that encourage cognitive, emotional, and social growth. Manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement strategies. Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and play. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Assist with daily routines including feeding, diapering, and nap times for infants and toddlers. Foster a sense of community among children through group activities and collaborative play. Experience Prior experience in caregiving or babysitting is preferred. Familiarity with childhood development principles is essential. Experience working in a classroom setting or similar environment is a plus. Knowledge of behavior management techniques to support children's emotional needs. Skills in educating young children through structured play and learning activities are highly valued. Experience with toddler care and preschool-aged children is beneficial.
