You will design and lead developmentally appropriate activities, support social and emotional growth, and build strong, trusting relationships with families. Responsibilities Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans for young children. Ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise children and support their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Communicate regularly with families about progress and daily activities. Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and quality standards. Maintain accurate records, attendance, and child documentation. Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
