Job Description
KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Powell KinderCare center in the Educational Services industry. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom where young children can learn and thrive. You will design and lead developmentally appropriate activities, support social and emotional growth, and build strong, trusting relationships with families. At KinderCare, you'll join a collaborative, inclusive team with opportunities for training, career advancement, and meaningful impact on children's early learning journeys. Responsibilities Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans for young children. Ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise children and support their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Communicate regularly with families about progress and daily activities. Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and quality standards. Maintain accurate records, attendance, and child documentation. Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
