Do you love working with young children? Want a job where you can make a real difference every day? Chambliss Center For Children's Red Bank Center is looking for a caring and energetic teacher to join our team leading our 3 year old classroom.
What You Get:
Pay That Grows With You:
Start at $11/hour if you only have a high school education and little experience; from $13/hour with a Child Development Associate (CDA) certificate. If you have more education or experience, you can earn up to $18-19/hour.

What You'll Do:
Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for 3‑year‑old children throughout the day. Plan and lead age‑appropriate activities that support social, emotional, physical, and early learning development. Maintain active supervision and follow all safety, licensing, and supervision requirements. Establish consistent daily routines with smooth transitions that support young children's needs. Use positive guidance strategies to support behavior, independence, and social skills. Keep the classroom clean, organized, and welcoming, following daily cleaning and sanitizing routines. Communicate and collaborate effectively with families, teaching team members, and center leadership.
What You Need:
Be at least 18 years old. Have a high school diploma or GED. Be able to pass a fingerprint background check. Experience working with children in a classroom setting Patience, adaptability, and compassion for working with young children Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, and sit on the floor to engage with children Ability of lift and carry up to 40 pounds occasionally Chambliss Center for Children is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and values diversity.
