Your adaptability and proactive approach will help maintain smooth daily operations, allowing our dedicated teachers to focus on delivering exceptional early childhood education. Responsibilities Supervising children during play, learning activities, meals, and nap times to ensure safety and engagement. Creating lesson implementation, activity setup, and clean-up to foster a stimulating learning environment. Provide one-on-one attention and care to children as needed, especially during transitions or when additional supervision is required. Maintain open communication with parents regarding children's daily experiences, behaviors, and developmental milestones. Follow all health and safety protocols, including first aid and CPR procedures, to respond effectively to emergencies or minor injuries. Enforce classroom rules and behavior management strategies to promote positive social interactions among children. Support the overall cleanliness and organization of the daycare center to ensure a safe and welcoming space for everyone. Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Resume. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining flexibility across different classroom assignments. Strong communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and staff effectively. Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child safety and well-being.
