EduCare Early Learning Center LLC — Sparta, TN EduCare Early Learning Center is looking for caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Child Care Teachers to join our team! Child Care Teacher Schedule:

Full-time and part-time positions available

Typical Hours:

7:00 AM-4:00

PM Pay:

$13-$15 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Responsibilities

• Provide safe, nurturing, and responsive care to children.
• Actively supervise children and maintain a safe classroom environment.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with children and families.
• Plan and participate in age-appropriate learning activities and play experiences.
• Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Use positive guidance and redirection to help children learn appropriate behaviors.
• Follow classroom schedules, routines, and EduCare policies.
• Maintain appropriate child-to-teacher ratios and follow all required safety procedures.
• Assist with diapering, toileting, feeding, meals, nap routines, and other daily care needs as appropriate for the classroom.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary classroom.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with coworkers and families.
• Complete required training and participate in ongoing professional development.
• Work cooperatively as part of the EduCare team.
• Follow Tennessee child-care licensing requirements and center policies. What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate is:
