Job Description

KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers to join our Campbell Station learning center. In this on-site role, you'll create a warm, inclusive classroom where young children feel safe, curious, and confident. Design developmentally appropriate lessons, support social-emotional growth, and partner closely with families. You'll collaborate with a supportive team, follow safety and licensing standards, and participate in ongoing training. Responsibilities Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Observe, document, and communicate children's progress to families. Build trusting, collaborative relationships with parents and guardians. Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times. Collaborate with teaching colleagues and center leadership. Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
