- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide compassionate bedside care in a long-term care setting
- Take and record vital signs
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Communicate changes in resident condition to licensed nurses
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Promote resident dignity, comfort, and safety Qualifications
- Active Tennessee CNA Certification (Required)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing experience preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
