Responsibilities Provide attentive supervision and care for infants, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive development Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and daily experiences Follow all mandated reporting laws and health protocols, including pediatric first aid and CPR procedures Collaborate with colleagues to plan curriculum enhancements aligned with child development standards Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing individualized attention Skills Proven experience working with infants or young children in daycare, preschool, or childcare settings Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Certification in first aid, CPR, and pediatric first aid required; additional training in special education is a plus Strong classroom management skills with the ability to foster positive behavior management strategies Excellent communication skills for effective parent engagement and teamwork Ability to handle child supervision responsibly while demonstrating patience and compassion Familiarity with mandated reporting laws and behavior management techniques for early childhood settings Join us in shaping the earliest moments of children's lives!
