We want to get our parents as involved as possible. We believe in a strong co-parenting style that maximizes benefits for the children and do not want our kids to be at "daycare", but we want them to be at the "Learning Center". Right now we're looking for Childcare Teachers who will work under the supervision of the Director to provide exceptional care for "The Kids". Flexible shifts are open and fit particularly for those who are in school. The Director will train and guide the Teachers to be a team and effectively maintain the daycare regulations, parent and children satisfaction, and a cohesive work environment.

Job Duty Responsibilities:

Follow and rarely create, the established scheduled activities and discover suitable teaching material. Balance your teaching between logical and social exercises. Provide basic care and caregiving activities. Use a wide range of teaching methods (stories, media, indoor or outdoor games, drawing etc) to enhance the child's abilities. Evaulate children's performance to make sure they are on the right learning track. Remain in constant communication with parents and update them on the progress of their children. Observe children's interactions and promote the spirit of concordIdentify behavioral problems and determine the right course of action. Collabarate with other colleagues. Adhere with teaching standards and safety regulations as established by the official sources. Driving KOFLC vans to a from surrounding schools.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Candidate must have a genuine passion for children. Must have effective communication skills. Must have a creative mindset. Must be a problem solver. CPR and 1st Aid Certified. If interested please send resume with the subject filled Teacher Position.
