Kids of Faith Learning Center is looking for a loving, dependable, and enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher to join our team! About the Position We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children and wants to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment where children can learn and grow. Responsibilities Provide loving, attentive care to children Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom Follow daily schedules, routines, and lesson plans Communicate professionally with parents and families Observe and document children's development and progress Assist with meals, diapering/toileting, nap time, and other daily care needs Maintain required classroom ratios and follow Texas Child Care Licensing standards Work cooperatively with other teachers and administration Attend staff meetings and required training
