KinderCare's South Willis center is seeking dedicated Teachers to nurture and inspire young children in a warm, engaging early learning environment. In this role, you'll create developmentally appropriate, play-based lessons that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. You'll maintain a safe, inclusive classroom, guide daily routines, and build strong partnerships with families. Responsibilities Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment for young children. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based lesson plans. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Communicate regularly and professionally with families about children's progress. Maintain classroom organization, safety, and adherence to center policies. Collaborate with team members and participate in training and development. Observe, document, and assess children's learning and behavior. Support daily routines including meals, nap time, and transitions.
