Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Childcare Provider to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of Allen. As a Childcare Provider, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and families in our community. Your primary responsibility will be to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social development of children.

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one care and support to children in their homes, schools, or other settings Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each child Engage in activities that promote physical and emotional well-being, such as feeding, reading, and playing Maintain accurate and thorough records of care and observations Collaborate with family members, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination Demonstrate a deep understanding of child development and the ability to adapt to changing needs and circumstances

Requirements:

Part-Time schedule with flexible hours High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred Experience working with children, preferably in a healthcare or childcare setting Ability to lift, bend, and move with ease Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
