The Role We are seeking a Lead Toddler Teaching Guide to lead a peaceful, purposeful, and academically focused classroom for children approximately 14-35 months. The Lead Guide prepares the environment, presents engaging hands-on lessons, observes individual development, encourages independence, and builds strong relationships with children and families. Responsibilities Lead a Montessori-inspired, academically focused toddler classroom . Prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly, and purposeful learning environment. Provide developmentally appropriate experiences in language, early literacy, mathematics, practical life, sensorial exploration, movement, and social-emotional development . Use our small class sizes to provide individualized attention and meaningful guidance. Observe children closely and use observations to guide lessons and support individual development. Encourage independence, confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning. Use positive guidance and respectful communication while maintaining clear expectations and consistent routines. Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom. Follow Texas childcare licensing requirements and Novum Academy policies.
