Reporting to the School Director your core responsibilities will include classroom management, early childhood education, and effective communication with students and parents. Your premium skills in curriculum development and behavior management will enhance the educational experience, while your relevant skills in daycare and child welfare will ensure the well-being of each child. Manage classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment. Foster emotional and social development through interactive play and structured activities. Communicate effectively with parents regarding child progress and classroom events. Assess and document student development, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and address diverse learning requirements. Qualifications Proven experience in preschool teaching and classroom management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of curriculum development and early childhood development principles Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities Experience with special education and behavior management techniques
