We are currently seeking an experienced, nurturing Infant Teacher to join our team. This is one of the most critical roles in our center, caring for infants beginning at six weeks old. As an Infant Teacher atThe Learning Experience, You Will:
Provide direct, nurturing care for infants ages six weeks to approximately 17 months. Maintain HHSC required staff to child ratios and safe sleep practices at all times. Track feeding, diapering, and nap schedules and communicate consistently with parents. Provide daily digital updates to parents using the center's parent communication platform. Create a calm, structured, and developmentally appropriate routine for each child. Partner with the Center Director to maintain classroom compliance and prepare for inspections. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment at all times.If You:
Are 21 years of age or older, preferred. Hold a CDA credential with an infant/toddler endorsement, or equivalent early childhood education coursework, or are willing to obtain one within a defined timeframe. Have a minimum of 2 years of proven, consistent hands on infant care experience required, 3 years preferred. Hold current CPR and pediatric First Aid certification, required. Can pass a background check and reference checks per agency requirements. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
