Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Spanish Bilingual Infant and Toddler Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will support lead teachers in creating a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment for infants and toddlers. Duties Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development for infants and toddlers Support daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap time, and outdoor play in a caring and attentive manner Engage children in interactive play that encourages language development, especially in both English and Spanish Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment following health and safety standards Observe and document children's progress, behaviors, and milestones to inform teaching strategies Communicate effectively with children using positive reinforcement techniques and bilingual communication skills Collaborate with team members to create inclusive lesson plans tailored to individual needs, including those with special education requirements or disabilities Qualifications Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required Prior experience working with infants and toddlers in a daycare, preschool, or childcare setting is required Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Certification in first aid and CPR required Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus Strong classroom management skills coupled with patience, compassion, and enthusiasm for caregiving Ability to follow safety protocols diligently while providing nurturing care Relevant certifications such as childcare training or early childhood education coursework are advantageous Join us to help shape the earliest stages of children's growth!
