Key Responsibilities:
Implement Kiddie Academy's age-appropriate curriculum Prepare daily lesson plans and classroom schedules Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment Supervise and interact with children during all activities Assist children during meals, rest periods, and cleanup Maintain accurate records: daily reports, attendance, and student progress Communicate effectively with families and conduct parent-teacher conferences Support center-wide events and initiatives
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required) Previous experience in a licensed Early Childhood program (preferred) Strong classroom management and communication skills CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and move actively throughout the day Must meet Texas childcare licensing requirements About Kiddie Academy Educational Child Care The Kiddie Academy® Educational Child Care system has been preparing young minds for future success since its founding in 1981.
