Schedule Preferred work time - from 8.00AM to 5.00PM Benefits Competitive pay Company-paid 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays Medical insurance at no cost to teachers thru Tele-Doctgrity Responsibilities Carry out hands on learning activites and fully engaged with children Follow daily schedules and classroom routines Implement lesson plans (monthly curriculum materials provided) Implementing structure in the classroom and effective behaviour management Implement lesson plans (monthly curriculum materials provided) Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment Foster a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning space Observe and assess children's development and progress Communicate effectively with parents and build strong relationships Work positively with other teachers and assist with lunch breaks Use iPads to document and update children's activities Perform additional duties as needed Experience 1-2 years of experience working with 3 to 5 year olds required 2-3 years of experience preferred Strong knowledge of early childhood development and Behaviour principles Experience with lesson planning and classroom management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to use technology (iPads) effectively A nurturing, patient, and caring teaching style
