Preschool Teacher — Austin Forest School

• This is an outdoor position.

Our preschool spends most of the day outside in all seasons. Applicants must be comfortable working outdoors in Texas weather and able to walk or hike up to 2 miles per day while supervising young children.

• Austin Forest School is a play-based, nature-focused preschool where children explore, climb, build, create, solve problems, and learn through real experiences—not worksheets or rigid routines. We're looking for someone who:
• Is comfortable outdoors for most of the workday (all weather, dirt, bugs, messes)
• Can walk or hike up to 2 miles while actively supervising children
• Is dependable, engaged, and willing to learn You'll work primarily with our infant/toddler program and occasionally assist with ages 3-5.
