We are seeking dependable, caring, and professional teachers who are passionate about early childhood education and creating a positive impact every day. Assistant Teacher (8:00 AM - 5:30 PM) Leads a classroom of young learners through daily routines, creative curriculum, and hands-on learning experiences. Works closely with other teachers to maintain a positive, engaging classroom. Floater (10:00 AM - 5:45PM) Provides classroom support across age groups, assists with transitions, lunch, nap time, and afternoon activities. Helps maintain coverage and supports closing routines at the end of the day. Key Responsibilities (All Roles): Supervise, nurture, and engage children in daily activities and routines Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment Build positive relationships with children, parents, and coworkers Follow lesson plans and center curriculum with creativity and enthusiasm Communicate effectively and professionally with families and team members Ensure compliance with all state licensing regulations and center policies

Qualifications & Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older Must have a High School Diploma or College Transcript Must have current CPR & First Aid Certifications Previous experience in a licensed childcare center preferred Must pass a background check and fingerprinting (per Texas Minimum Standards) Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude Passion for working with young children and creating a positive environment
