The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with children and committed to providing a safe, engaging, and educational environment for toddlers and young children. This role requires a blend of caregiving, educational skills, and effective behavior management to support the developmental needs of each child. Duties
  • Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
  • Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques.
  • Provide care for toddlers, including feeding, diaper changing, and personal hygiene.
  • Educate children through play-based learning, fostering social skills and emotional growth.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
  • Administer first aid as necessary while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Experience Candidates should possess experience in childcare settings such as daycare centers, nannying, babysitting, or similar roles. Skills in behavior management, classroom management, and caregiving are essential. Familiarity with first aid practices is highly desirable. A background in educating young children will be considered an asset. A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to their well-being are crucial for success in this role.
