- Part-time Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development.
- Create a warm and welcoming classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration and creativity.
- Provide individualized attention to children, ensuring their emotional and physical needs are met.
- Engage children in various activities, including arts and crafts, storytelling, and outdoor play.
- Monitor children's progress and behavior, providing feedback to parents as necessary.
- Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a cohesive educational environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the daycare setting.
- Maintain accurate records of children's development and daily activities. Qualifications
- Childhood Education or related field is preferred;
- Experience working with preschool-aged children or toddlers is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of special education practices is a plus.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to create engaging learning experiences.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff.
- A genuine passion for educating young children and supporting their growth.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
