  • Part-time Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. As a Daycare Teacher, you will play a crucial role in fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow. Your expertise in preschool education, special education, and childcare will be essential in guiding our students through their developmental milestones. Duties
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development.
  • Create a warm and welcoming classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration and creativity.
  • Provide individualized attention to children, ensuring their emotional and physical needs are met.
  • Engage children in various activities, including arts and crafts, storytelling, and outdoor play.
  • Monitor children's progress and behavior, providing feedback to parents as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a cohesive educational environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the daycare setting.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's development and daily activities. Qualifications
  • Childhood Education or related field is preferred;
  • Experience working with preschool-aged children or toddlers is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of special education practices is a plus.
  • Strong classroom management skills with the ability to create engaging learning experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff.
  • A genuine passion for educating young children and supporting their growth.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
