A background in early education is highly desirable. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that focus on literacy education, math concepts, and social skills. Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Utilize effective classroom management strategies to maintain a positive learning atmosphere. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities. Assess students' developmental needs and provide appropriate interventions as necessary. Foster an understanding of basic concepts through hands-on activities and play-based learning. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience for students. Position Overview:
