Molding future leader is at the core of our foundation. As a candidate with us you will asked to supervise and interact with children 0 to 12 years of age, establish daily routines, work flexible weekday hours and be a team player.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Administering and follow the Child Care Facility rules and regulations. Assisting with needs of members and guest in the child care department. Assisting with tours of the facility. Planning of activities for the children. Greeting each parent and following up the needs of the child. Interacting in playtime with the children. Keeping area clean and clear of obstacles, food and debris at all times. Ensuring equipment is being used and stored properly. Cleaning mats and toys on specified days. Assist with bathroom duties. Attending all service training and meetings as scheduled. Keeping all certifications current. Assist with special program throughout the facility. Assist Service Desk and Cafe as needed. Perform light housekeeping duties throughout the facility.
Education, Experience and Certifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Knowledge of basic child supervision. Preferred Minimum two years work in childcare business. Knowledge and experience in customer service. CPR/first aid certifications preferred, but required within 14 days of hire. Must Be able to pass a criminal background check. Must be 18 years or older
