Monitor children's progress and behavior, providing feedback to parents as necessary. Collaborate with other staff members to develop individualized plans for children with special needs or disabilities. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the classroom and daycare facility. Engage with parents and families to build strong relationships and support their involvement in their child's education. Experience Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education is preferred. Familiarity with toddler care practices and infant care techniques is essential. Experience working with children with special needs or disabilities is a plus. A background in classroom management and educational programming for young children is highly valued.
