Join Our Early Education Team! We are looking for a caring, dependable, and energetic educator join our team. This position offers the opportunity to support an experienced Pre-K teacher during the morning and lead an afternoon classroom, making a meaningful impact throughout the day.
Position Overview Morning:
Serve as the Pre-K Assistant Teacher , supporting the lead teacher with classroom instruction, learning activities, and daily routines.
Afternoon:
Transition into the role of Lead Teacher in our Early Education Center, planning and leading age-appropriate activities while creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. Responsibilities Assist the morning Pre-K teacher with lessons, classroom management, and student engagement. Lead the afternoon classroom by implementing developmentally appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, and academic growth. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning environment. Supervise children during classroom activities, meals, outdoor play, and transitions. Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members. Follow all state licensing requirements and school policies. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience working with preschool or early childhood-aged children is preferred. Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively while also confidently leading a classroom independently. What We Offer Paid holidays.
