Job Description

Methodist Weekday Child Development Center is seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic Preschool Lead Teacher to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with young children and creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required Must pass a background check Experience working with children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old CPR and First Aid Certification required Flexible schedule and dependable attendance Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to provide a positive and caring classroom environment
Responsibilities:
Supervise and care for children in a safe and nurturing manner Plan and implement age-appropriate activities Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom Communicate effectively with parents and staff Follow all center policies and state licensing requirements If you enjoy working with children and making a positive impact in their lives, we would love to hear from you!
Pay:
$11.00 - $13.00 per hour
