Position Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Education Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children, a strong understanding of child development, and a commitment to incorporating Christian principles into the classroom. This role involves implementing the Frog Street curriculum while fostering a safe, engaging, and faith-centered learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and adapt the Frog Street curriculum to meet the developmental needs of children Create a nurturing, Child-centered classroom environment Plan and lead daily activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual growth Incorporate age-appropriate Bible lessons, prayer, and Christian values into daily routines Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom Observe and assess children's development and communicate progress with parents Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff Follow all licensing regulations and center policies

Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred) High School Diploma (Required) Previous experience working with young children (infants, toddlers, or preschool age) Familiarity with Frog Street curriculum (preferred but not required) Strong communication and classroom management skills Ability to pass background checks and meet state licensing requirements
