PreK Lead Teacher We are actively looking for a fun, energetic, articulate Lead Teacher. Ivy Kids of Young Ranch cares for Infants through Pre-Kindergarten and after school age children. Prior teaching experience required. A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day Ability to build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and discovery go hand-in-hand Outstanding customer service skills CPR/First Aid mandatory Food handler certificate Child Development Associates Must meet Texas Minimum Standards Knowledge of Texas Minimum Standards Ability to effectively communicate in English required At Ivy Kids of Young Ranch we believe all of our students are unique individuals and it is our philosophy to treat them as such. Responsibilities Implement Multi Prep lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of preschool students. Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment. Foster communication with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities. Ensure the safety and well-being of children through proper certifications and adherence to health protocols. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and support early childhood education initiatives.
