Summary As an Educator at Kiddie Academy, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experiences of young children. This position is essential in implementing our curriculum and ensuring that each child receives the support they need to thrive academically and socially. Responsibilities Implement and adapt the Life Essentials curriculum to meet the developmental needs of children. Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning. Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians. Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and activities. Support children's social and emotional development through positive interactions. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities. Requirements 2 years' Experience working with preschool-aged children is essential. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment. Excellent communication skills to engage with children, parents, and staff.
