Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and development for toddlers and preschool-aged children. The Teacher will be responsible for implementing educational activities that foster literacy, physical education, and social skills while managing classroom behavior effectively. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of toddlers and young children. Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning. Educate students in various subjects including literacy, physical education, and social skills. Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement and effective behavior management strategies. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, challenges, and achievements. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience for students. Maintain accurate records of student progress and development. Supervise children during playtime, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Qualifications Experience working with students in a daycare or classroom setting is highly desirable. Strong understanding of toddler care practices and early childhood development principles. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that promote literacy education and physical activity. Knowledge of behavior management techniques to support positive classroom dynamics. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young children. Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus.
