You'll support children's growth through creative lessons and hands-on activities while building skills in classroom management, curriculum development, and child welfare. Make a meaningful impact on children and their families in a supportive, dynamic setting. Responsibilities Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy education, math skills, physical activity, and social-emotional development. Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through effective behavior management and classroom management techniques. Engage children in activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking aligned with childhood development milestones. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that adheres to health and safety standards. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in ongoing training related to early childhood education techniques. Qualifications Prior experience and/or training working with children in daycare, preschool, or similar educational settings is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, classroom management strategies, and behavior management techniques. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
