In this vital role, you will lead classroom activities, foster a nurturing environment, and support the developmental growth of infants through innovative curriculum development and personalized care. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire young learners, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and excited to explore the world around them. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's early years while working in a dynamic, collaborative setting committed to excellence in early childhood education. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate curricula tailored to infants' needs, incorporating elements of literacy education, physical activity, and sensory exploration. Lead daily classroom activities that promote social-emotional growth, language acquisition, motor skills development, and early intervention strategies. Manage classroom routines including diapering, feeding, nap times, and age-specific activities to ensure a safe and nurturing environment. Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, behavior management strategies, and individualized learning plans. Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and support staff to maintain high standards of childcare and classroom management. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, health standards, and licensing requirements related to childcare and early childhood education. Incorporate Montessori methods or other educational philosophies as appropriate to enhance learning experiences for infants. Qualifications Must have HS Diploma (sent digitally is accepted) or College Transcript Pass a background and FBI fingerprint check CDA-Preferred but not required Able to follow simple procedures in classroom setting which includes but not limited to Daily duties including but not limited to cleaning, diaper changes according to minimum standards, prepare and serve meals, keep up schedules for feedings and reporting the feeding plan every month signed by each parent. Communicating with parents of updates through out the day including activities conducive for age. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and team members. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude focused on child welfare and safety. High school graduates are welcome to apply!!
