Job Description
We are seeking a structured and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our friendly team. If you have a love for education, and a desire to make a positive impact on children's lives, we encourage you to apply. No experience necessary, as we are willing to train. Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured learning
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive discipline techniques
- Ensure the health and safety of all children in the classroom
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and developmental milestones
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities
- Certification in CPR and First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass a background check
